@Diego98512 this is what it says in my book FCC cannot censor broadcasts but it can influence the content by fining stations and the Teleacommunications act says it tried to combat the growth of violetnt and obscene content in mass media so i am stuck.

Hmm.. Going by what your book says I would say the Telecommunications Act, but from what I've learned it'd be the FCC so I'm right there with ya on that. @jm_96 What do you think? :3

I would have to go with the FCC because both of them basically influence telecommunication, but neither can technically stop it.
