Well, let's first define Reprisal. It a big word! It basically means "counterattack".

Now that we have defined reprisal, let's look at the questions. All of them would work execpt for the first one. As you can see, B C and D all have to do with an attack. A has no basis in war or anything like that. Since a band is not "attacking" anyone, and reprisal has to do with attacking or counter attacking.
