In the diagram below, how does angle ACD change as you move the point of tangency (point D) along the edge of the circle? Hint: Will the angle increase or decrease in size as point D moves along the circle upwards towards the x-axis? What about as D moves downward towards the y-axis? What will happen to the angle? Use the diagram below for help.

I'm not sure how to visually explain this. imagine the line CD being anchored at D. When you move D down the angle gets bigger, when you move it up the angle gets smaller. Is that much clear?

I guess so, but I went on geogebra and moved D but it decreases both ways and I don't know why

there are two directions here. up the x axis (to the right) and down the y axis (to the down)
