Property taxes are going to move people willing to do good for the community into the community. Those tax dollars will help pay for things like new building for more jobs which will then kick start the process again. It goes round and round, I feel, that then once things are moved through this cycle people will love the community and from that point on its just a circle of apprication. People will soon make clubs and think of ways to benifet the community. I hope this helps @Izzyneedyou, becuase i feel that this question is more an opinion so hopefully we share the same view:)
