Rewrite expression without negative exponents: 6(-4)^-4/(-4)^-9 ( I thought it would be 6144 but I was wrong)

With negative exponents you are able to switch which side of the division bar they are on to change their signs. So the new and equivalent equation would be (-4)^9/6(-4)^4
