Who wrote the famous decision outlawing segregated education in the United States? Martin Luther King Jr. John M. Harlan Thurgood Marshall Earl Warren need help quick ! please

OpenStudy (wwhitlock):

Brown vs. Board of Education was heard by the Warren Court. They found "separate but equal" to be unconstitutional. Earl Warren was Chief Justice. John M. Harlan would have loved to write it. He voted against Plessy in the first place. But Harlan died in 1911. Thurgood Marshal argued the case in front of the Court and was later named a justice. MLK was never a Court Justice. I hope that's enough info to figure it out.
