8 less than 13 times a number x is less than or equal to −32

13x -8 = -32

Answer 2

that might not be right because x = -24/13 , which isn't a whole number. But the equation sounds like it satisfies what you asked for...but my algebra is rusty so maybe some one else can hit it from a different direction
