yeah no problem! the problem tells you the husband pays a flat rate of 125. That immediately tells you you have a base cost of 125 that is paid just one time. Then the wife pays 6 per visit. It does not say how many visits she makes so its $6 times x amount of times they visit the center. That makes it 125 + 6x. :>
