then sin then 0.5 and equals... 

yo should be an answer of 30...

oh on mie i have to press 2nd and trig and 4 ......so yeah it did give me 30 :)

thats what you need to do to get the inverse trig functions... 

in you look at you're sin key

above it in yellow or grey writing is 

$$\sin^{-1}$$

is that right...?
