Just a guess for you, I did a little research quick and I found that "To obtain a search warrant, an officer must first prove that *probable cause* exists before a magistrate or judge" A. Does not have probable cause, Cannot be A. Right? B. "Probable cause and a warrant are generally required for government searches, although the Supreme Court has carved out exceptions." so yeah, I believe B. does require a search warrant. C. search of a vehicle if there is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed, That's the one that make's me pause about saying its definitely B. D. No. Just no. That's the answer they throw in to see if you care... Its definitely B. or C. However You'll have to figure that out yourself :/
