hint: use the distributive property to go from (12x + 2)(3x − 6) to 12x(3x − 6) + 2(3x − 6)

Multiply the first two terms inside the parenthesis (F) a.k.a 12x*3x then the outside terms 12x*-6 inside... 2*3x last... 2*-6 then just add all those answers together and simplify :D
