and it should actually be 3+- sqrt(41)/(2*-4) so 3+- sqrt(41)/-8 hence -(3+- sqrt(41)/8)

I Did All The Math Its Just When I Got The Answer It Didnt Seem Right Cause I Got Decimals.

Haha its a quadratic equation, consider yourself lucky you didnt have negative roots to work with ;) When you take sqrt of 41, it will be in decimal for it isnt a perfect square. so naturally :)
