convert radians into degrees, use the formula pi r^2 * theta/360 multiply that by 2 to get both the circular things. now the triangles you are left with, the height is 25 and base is 20 so 1/2 * a*b = 25*20/2 = 250... multiply 250 by 2 because there are 2 triangles :)
