Zeke is conducing an experiment to see if changing the voltage across a series circuit affects the resistance in the circuit. He runs four trials through the same circuit, changing only the voltage of the battery that he uses. He then measures the current with an ammeter and the resistance with a special device known as a multimeter. His data is below. Voltage (V) Current (A) Resistance (Ω) 3.0 1.0 3.0 6.0 2.0 3.0 9.0 3.0 3.0 12.0 4.0 3.0 From his data, what can Zeke conclude?

As the current increases the resistance increases. As the voltage increases the resistance also increases. The resistance is not affected by the changing voltage. As the voltage increases the resistance decreases.
