Introduction—Give an overview of Nick’s dilemmas and how your self-improvement plan will address them. 2.Daily Schedule—Outline how Nick should spend each day in order to meet his goals. 3. General Advice—Give Nick advice about values as well as activities and choices he should pursue to meet his goals.

Build a table --like an EXCEL type table and make a daily schedule of the plan you intend for Nick to implement. 3.
