The probability of a student scoring 85% in class work, given that they have already scored 75% in class work, is 0.55. The probability of a student scoring 75% in class work, given that they have already scored 85% in class work, is 1. Which statement is true?

@ankit042 could you help

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

write out the given info :- P(A) = 0.64 P(B) = 0.45 P(B | A) = 0.75 P(A | B) = 1

OpenStudy (kropot72):

I think that neither statement is true. There is no information in the question to show that the probability of scoring 75% or 85% is conditional on the student's previous score.
