Klinefelter's Syndrome is an example for trisomy(XXY) and is a genetic disorder that occurs due to an additional X chromosome to the standard human karyotype i.e 47 instead of 46. Hence males will have XXY chromosome which will result in men showing musculine development but may have female secondary sexual characters like growth of breasts etc.
