Why is it that sometimes Open Study doesn't show up when i log on all i see is the phrase "loading more"...... it's annoying as heck :(

Believe it or not, sometimes Black Magic gets into our servers. We have to hire a specialized team of sorcerers to cast the Black Magic out. 

Here are a few preferred and recommended methods. 

• Sometimes we have high traffic - try again later. 
• Logout and log back in 
• Try using a different browser (we work best in Firefox) 
• Try clearing your cache and history. Might be something internal interfering 
• Could be bandwidth, try closing tabs and stopping current downloads 
• (a) If the above method failed, try reseting your modem. Could be internal. 
• Wait a few hours. This can take up to 24 hours. 
• (a) If the problem consist, message Contact@OpenStudy.com
