1. the country that took over poland is germany. August 1939. fromSeptember 1, 1939 to January 1945. The German-Soviet Pact of August 1939, which stated that Poland was to be partitioned between the two powers, enabled Germany to attack Poland without the fear of Soviet intervention.
2. the impact on poland was that the economy was crushed becouse germany took over the counry in a matter of weeks. germany was in cherge of the economy since they were in control. there was death and corruption. the polish people were not allowed to do things they once did; for the fear of death and the death of their families.
