I need to put this equation into the quadratic formula and dont know how to

\[k+2=-3k^2\]

K + 2 = -3k2 if we add 3k2 for both sides we'll get 3k2 + k +2=0 so a=3 , b=1 , c=2 can you replace them in the quadratic formula ?
