OpenStudy (ybarrap):

Choose an x, say x=1. Then evaluate g(1).

OpenStudy (ybarrap):

Interpretation: Given a specific value of x (the domain), g is a rule that gives back another number (the range).

OpenStudy (ybarrap):

Do you know what g(1) means?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it gives you the range right?

OpenStudy (ybarrap):

No.

OpenStudy (ybarrap):

g(x)=128x So g(1) means $$ g(1)=128\times 1 $$ Does this make sense?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes so my domain is 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 if I plug these numbers in then the solution will increase by 64
