Why might Korea be harder to unify than Germany?

1. Kim Jong-il is a tyrant. 2. the economic disparity is much bigger. if Korea united today, the South will have a tough time fixing the North's infrastructure. South Korean taxpayers would have an overwhelming burden of rebuilding and feeding the North.
