I would recommend you click the Readings link on the left side of the page which will bring up the list of lessons (or ses# as noted on the left column heading). For example, the first lesson lists five things to do: Read Background 1 and 2 (PDF 1) (PDF 2)

Read Sounds and Symbols 1-3 (PDF 1) (PDF 2) (PDF 3)

Sounds and Symbols 2.3 (MP3)

Sounds and Symbols 3.1.1 (MP3)

Read Unit 1-1.6 (PDF 1) (PDF 2)

You can read the documents (PDF 1, etc.) by clicking on the links in the parentheses and listen to the mp3 files which refer to the exercises in the previous PDF files. Hope this helps!
