|dw:1394992083608:dw| you check the number next to it from the right, if it is greater or equals to 5, you add one to the tenth, if it is less than 5, you keep it as it is here you have 429.052 the tenth is 0, the number next to it is 5.. so you add 1 to the tenth, you get 429.1
