B. x = 14, y = 11

2x+7 = 3x-7
sum of two supplementary angles is 180, then
2x+7 + 12y +1 =180

2x+7 = 3x-7
x = 14

replace in the second

2(14) +7 + 12y +1 =180
12y = 180-28-7-1
y=144/12 = 12
