What have you thought of doing first, towards solving this problem? One of your intermediary goals is to get rid of that Sqrt( ) operator. How might you do that?

In the future, http://prntscr.com/ is a better screenshot tool. No ads or distractions.

file://localhost/var/folders/xj/m07d5yc55899xn1kk330yr_h0000gn/T/com.apple.iChat/Messages/Transfers/IMG_0004-1.JPG seems to be a file local to your computer; it does not bring up a web page. Again, I'd appreciate your thinking how you could apply past experience to get started in solving this problem. Once I've seen what you've done, then I can guide you from that point onward.

I appreciate your starting the work yourself and your sharing an image of that work with me. May I suggest that before you do any squaring, you add 4 to both sides of the given equation? Simplify the resulting equation. Now you'll have only 2Sqrt(2x+7) on the left side; squaring that is a lot easier than is squaring [2Sqrt(2x+7) - 4}, don't you think?
