I hope you didn't see my last post, that's not the case for all points.
Polar coordinates are in form (r,theta), where r is USUALLY negative. However, if r is in the opposite direction of theta, r can be negative.
What I advise you to do is take your picture, find where the angle is for each choice, then extend the line to r units, whether positive or negative.
I ended up finding the answer, but thank you for your suggestion.
If I'm correct, it's (4, -240°).
I believe so. -240 degrees is the same as 120 degrees. Since r=4, the line will extend in the direction of 120 degrees, not the other way, toward 300 degrees.
