Many Floridians are concerned about gun control. Some people believe that limiting access to firearms may make the nation safer. Others believe that this goes against their rights as Americans. What about a compromise? Keep all firearms, but add a new, large tax on ammunition.

Which change to the article would show bias in favor of one side of the gun-control debate?
