An element has 8 protons and 8 neutrons in its nucleus and 8 electrons revolving around the nucleus. What is the atomic number and atomic mass of this element?

OpenStudy (ipwnbunnies):

Get a periodic table, I'll attach a picture if you don't have one. The atomic number of an element corresponds with the # of protons it has. When you find that element on the periodic table, its atomic mass should be in the same block.
