Which value could be the length of the missing side of the triangle? The triangle is in attached file.
This is the file
any one help!!
What is the question?
I don't think you can find a missing length without the perimeter or area (or whatever information it told you to help you find the missing side length).
Here's the question Which value could be the length of the missing side of the triangle? The triangle is in attached file.
That's it?
The options to the question are; 5; 7; 17; 12
It didn't give you any information to help you find the missing side length?
well, it does show that one side of the triangle is 12, the other 5, and the last one x, as shown in the picture ( the picture is in the file)
I would think it would be 12. But I am not sure. Sorry :S
This has to do with angles (if it may help)
Well okay, I'll try my best to guide you. First, what's the angle of a triangle?
It's a obtuse Triangle, one corner is obtuse, and two are acute
So what's the sum of angles for this triangle>
Well actually, the more I look at it, there is one right angle and two acute.
A right angle is when there is a square there, when there isn't, it could possibly be 91 degrees or 89 degrees, but not 90 (as I've learned in school)
...
Sorry, I don't know if I can help you.
ok
