how to factor x^4-10x^2+24

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

rewrite it as \[(x^2)^2 - 10x^2 + 24 = 0\] the equation is basically a quadratic... find the factors of 24 that add to -10 then its (x^2 + factor 1)(x^2 + factor 2) = 0 hope it helps
