Your shape has 4 sides. On any shape with 4 sides you can draw 2 diagonals from the opposite pair of vertices. If you measure the diagonals from the vertices (1,1) (7,1) and (4, 4), (4,-2) you see that they have the same length: 7-1 = 6 and 4 - (-2) = 6. The only shape with 4 sides having both diagonals with the same length is the SQUARE.
