Well, you'd probably move more slowly. The cellular equipment for photosynthesis adds weight to an organism's structure without providing any offset for mobility. In order for photosynthesis to be worthwhile, you'd have to lay down and spread out your skin as much as possible every day, so you can forget about walking upright, unless you grew branches and leaves. If you could perform photosynthesis without having to rely on it, I suppose it would pretty much be life as usual. But I don't know any of this first hand, so you should ask a euglena.
