I would put marks at every 100,

the "box" goes from 397.5 to 552
divide it with a line at 489 (the median)

then put on the whiskers. draw a line from the smallest number (206) upto the start of the box (at 397.5)

then draw a line from the end of the box(552) to the biggest number 702
