Guys, i keep getting the same answer but its not one of the choices. Can you tell me what im doing wrong?

Four sides of an octagon have a length of cm each.
Two sides of the octagon have a length of cm each.
The remaining two sides have a length of cm each.

What is the perimeter of the octagon?
