I am so confused, I have attached a picture of a graph that I need help with, please help.

the zero of any graph is the points where the grapph cuts the x axis so the points in ur graph are -4 and 2 this is bcoz the zeroes are the values of x for which the equation becomes zero hence the graph plotted will have no value of y
