if there is no equal sign in the inequality, then it is a dashed line. If there is an equal sign, then it is a closed line. < greater then shades above the line and > less then shades below the line. Does that help ? Can you figure it out from the info I just gave you ?

Let me start you off...look at the graph at the top left....the line is dashed, therefore, it contains no equal sign. That eliminates two of the graphs. Now look at the shading...it is below the line, therefore, it is less then. So the answer to the graph at the top left is : y < x + 1
