thomaster (thomaster):

rounded particles indicate that the rock did lose particles by most likely water erosion. Based on this description, conglomerate would be the best answer since it is a clastic rock made of rounded gravel cemented together. Neither limestone, coquina or sandstone are made of rounded particles.

I know this is late, but the answer is C, conglomerate. So I am agreeing with @thomaster
