Which is the correct Lewis structure for carbon tetrabromide (CBr4), in which a central carbon atom is bound to four atoms of the group 7A element bromine?

drawing lewis structures takes some practice. you wanna first count all the electrons, draw a single bond joining the atoms, then fill the electrons in such a way that is satisfies the octet rule. If you wanna see some examples i would suggest looking up "lewis structures" on youtube.
