Plot three points and draw the line that has the following parametric equations: x = t + 1 y = -2t +3 z = t - 2 show steps http://assets.openstudy.com/updates/attachments/4f3832fae4b0fc0c1a0d9112-joshuam1-1329083146868-untitled4.bmp

OpenStudy (ranga):

Pick any three values for t and compute x, y and z values. For example, t can be -1, 0, and 1. Calculate x,y,z values for each t. Plot the three points and draw a line through them.

i'm still a little confused on how to find the values and a lil on the plotting .-.

OpenStudy (ranga):

If t = -1, x = t + 1 = -1 + 1 = 0 y = -2t + 3 = 2 + 3 = 5 z = t - 2 = -1 - 2 = -3 (0, 5, -3) is one point on the line. Do the same for t = 0 and then t = 1
