How can a bullet have the same momentum as a truck? Explain?

OpenStudy (praxer):

p= ma where m is the mass and p is the momentum and a is the acceleration. Since the acceleration of the bullet is more than the truck, hence the momentum acquired by the bullet is similar to that the truck. @taybay111

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Momentum is equal to mass*velocity so depending on the velocity of the bullet (since the mass is quite small) and the momentum of the truck, they could be equal

OpenStudy (praxer):

@taybay111 did you understand this? :)

Yes Thank you
