hey Elisa hehehe. I think the answer is B! You want to know why? Okay! (2x22+1) = 45 which is the same as the opposite side. And 5x27 = 135. It can't be y=9 cause that would equal 45 making it the same as the other side but it is much bigger. That was probably confusing but whatever :D
