So I've answered 56 questions and I have 238 medals, Why is my SS still 20?
Medals are only a small portion of your SmartScore. This only makes up a minuscule percentage of your overall statistics. SmartScore is measured by: • Medals • Posts (questions and answers) • Days studied • Chatlogs • Login(s) • Interaction • Messages • Fan testimonials (given and received) • Fans (given and received) • Tags (given and received) • Any form of action, clicks and activity performed on OpenStudy. You can have 4,000 medals and still be a low level if you never interact.
Alright, I see. Thank you Comp!
I see you have high Problem Solving and other skills. Try getting up your Engagement. While your profile appears to be unique, it may just be because of your low Engagement levels. Try socializing. Tags and conversation are huge portions of your SmartScore. Try getting some fans, too. If you haven't seen an increase in SmartScore thereafter, message contact@openstudy.com, with an explanation of what is happening. It could possibly be a bug.
Oh ok, thank you. I didn't know socializing was a big part of it o_o
Yes, socializing is one of the most vital parts of OpenStudy. It's one of the core foundations of our website.
Well, ok. Thanks for telling me that.
I am also being informed that it could be another issue. Stick around and try to raise your SmartScore. If it doesn't raise to at least 50 in the coming weeks, then contract a staff member.
Alright :D
I have a quick question. Does your SS raise if you fan other people?
Yes.
Hmm ok. Thanks. :)
