I'm having a major problem with the guys on openstudy i have blocked them and some how they keep recreating accounts and i have no clue what to do about this........

And @secret66 is right, just ignore them and keep blocking them.  Who are these users?  Tag all of them here and a mod may do an IP test and suspend them.

Also don't forget to report them, it might be needed to collect evidence in order to issue IP bans .
