is the polygon regular. well it has to be. because we cant solve this problem without considering it as regular polygon.

lets say, both the polygon has n sides.

perimeter of first polygon is = 3n 

perimeter of second polygon is = 9n

so the ratio is 3:9 i.e. 1:3
