Anyway - think about an example of when you are moving, but can't really tell that you are, such as traveling in a car but just looking down at a book. As far as you care, you are sat motionless, relative to the car. However someone who could see you, standing by the side of the road, would say that you are moving. The car is your reference frame and you are not moving compared to it. But someone with a different reference frame can see you (and the car) are moving.
