Hitler thought Jews were the source of economic problems, WWI etc... There is no backing as to "why" exactly he hated them, except rumors that his hatred grew from a childhood friend.

Some believed that they weren't your typical blonde hair blues eyes people he basically hated everyone that didn't fit that description not only jews.

Yes anyone who didnt fit the Aryan description (blonde hair, blue eyes, light complexion) would often be sent away or treated in the terrible manner Nazi's treated jews.
