Yes... I was wondering how do you become an Open Study ambassador or moderator?

Just be a dedicated OpenStudy User, follow the Code of Conduct, and i think you have to be 18 to be a mod. Ambassador i think you can be under 18. But yea i suggest asking a mod. There is a form where you can apply to be a ambassador c: I'm not sure where to find it

But I don't think they are currently accepting applications as they just did that a couple weeks ago. I think I heard Preetha say something about another application procces in a couple months though.

And to become an OpenStudy Moderator takes a lot of work and dedication to the site ^-^ Your best bet is to become an Ambassador first and do a lot of community projects for the site and do your duty. Then after showing that you are trust worthy, you just might get Moderator :)

Ambassadors are representatives of OpenStudy. We answer questions from new users. We welcome and greet users. It's our job to be the embodiment of OpenStudy's ideologies.
Before I go any further, there are strict requirements you must meet.

◘ Be thirteen or older
◘ Have a form of ID - excluding a birth certificate
◘ Have no serious offenses on your record
◘ If you have serious offenses, an additional process may be required
◘ Have read the Code of Conduct and Terms, and understand the rules

Do you meet these requirements? If so, then please read the next part of the process.
There are some key behaviors that Ambassadors must express

◘ As an Ambassador, you agree to always be kind and understanding
◘ As an Ambassador you should let users know you appreciate them
◘ Congratulate and award positive behavior, and discourage negative behavior
◘ Lead by example!
◘ Respect the staff - never talk ill of OpenStudy
◘ Never disclose personal information if shared with you

Our next applications will be around June. Within that time period you should show to be an exceptional community member and strive to have the qualities that Comp mentioned above. It's no simple process, but try hard and show good behavior (follow our rules!) and you'll have a much greater chance of becoming one of our Ambassadors. Maybe we'll get to see you wit that lovely purple A in the near future. ;3

Yep, you should also try raising your smart score more as well. We prefer that it be 60 or higher, but it's not a requirement. :3

I only joined last week so it wont be THAT high... But like I said.. I'm on it more than my gaming sites! I'm really in love with this website, its huge help to a home schooler! I think I'll be using this till college.

I really hope I am! And what KIND of Photo ID would be best? I can't drive.. So I don't have a license.. what would I use? :c

If you have a school ID or anything then you can use that. I used my FLVS card from like 2 years ago when I looked like a 10 year old, but it was accepted anyway. Anything that has your full name, DoB, and any other necessary information listed is good. But you won't need it until the next apps open. :3

I'm in FLVS right now.. lol! I didn't know they had cards.. how can I access that? i would wait Until I go to high school.. but that will be to late. :( An I dont even know if the Edison Collegiate High School has photo IDs... They didnt mention that! D:

If you go to the official FLVS building then they'll give it to you, but it's in the old abandoned Longwood Elementary School.

You could ask your instructors where you could get your ID for FLVS, but don't mention OS because they kind of against us . . . lol.

If you don't live very near there then you do testing and stuff at your zoned school.
