Hi, Click the "attach file," button. We currently do not have this option for private messages, but you can send any URL via private message and it will be clickable for the recipient.

You can attach pic or in the reply by clicking on the attach file button below where you make your comment. However as far as I know you can not post pic or file in the messages.
