Will I get certificate of Membership or any recognization certificate being an Open Study Member?

hmmm... There have not been any that I know of. If this question came from looking at this one http://openstudy.com/study#/updates/532a8c64e4b01a3037feb4ae then what they mean by "Membership" would be that they are Subscribers who pay $10 a month to support OpenStudy :) Yes, you can get a certificate for being a Subscriber. I don't think you can for just being a OpenStudy Member...
